About the vacancy

In this position, you will participate in the implementation of the company's strategic projects, participate in business development projects, support business decision making, develop analytical approaches, perform risk analysis, make forecasts, and manage the company's brand marketing portfolio.

Main tasks:

  • Management of the Company's strategic projects and initiatives: defines and agrees project goals, objectives, timelines, develops the project roadmap, organizes the work of the project team
  • Participation in projects related to business development
  • Supporting decision making regarding existing business through forecast development, risk analysis, research, interviews, use of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques
  • Analyzing major market trends that may affect the business in the agreed planning horizon (macro- and micro-analysis, market analysis); preparing a recommendation based on the analysis performed
  • Leading analytical projects: preparation of dashboards, forecasting, business valuation, competitive analysis, portfolio analysis
  • Management of the marketing portfolio of brands, which is under the responsibility of the Strategic Development Department: planning, development, coordination of necessary activities to promote brands; analysis of market trends and calculation of the effectiveness of the conducted activities; preparation of reports

 

Successful candidate profile:

  • Higher education (preferably economics, finance)
  • Experience of 1 year in strategic consulting / analytical teams in-house in pharma companies
  • High level knowledge of Excel, Power Point
  • Knowledge of P&L structure, macro and microeconomic indicators
  • Ability to work with large amounts of information, analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
