About the vacancy

In this role you will be responsible for all compliance related matters in the company, promoting compliance culture, identifying risks and elaborating risks mitigation plans and ensuring adherence to all compliance procedures and requirements. The role reports to Legal & Compliance Director.

Main tasks:

Main responsibilities:

  • Development, update and implementation of written policies and procedures in different compliance areas on an ongoing basis
  • Annual Monitoring Plan development and alignment with the businesses
  • Monitoring methodology development (risk based approach), the self-assessment and risk assessment processes to detect process gaps & inconsistencies
  • Monitoring results communication and report to Compliance Committee
  • Corrective action plans development and follow up procedures implementation
  • Project leadership on main business processes optimization and automatization by project plan development, change management, key stakeholders and team management, supporting documentation maintenance and post project evaluation analysis
  • Global policies & procedures and education & training materials customization to reflect requirements
  • Development of local education and training materials, organizing and implementing training, including new employee orientation, periodic training on specialized subjects, and annual refresher training
  • Maintain employee certification and training attendance records
  • Act as internal consultant and where appropriate validate programs / activities in the area of interaction with HCPS and HCOs
  • Network actively across departments to seek involvement and expertise on various risks and compliance topics
  • Consistent communication on all the levels to drive compliance-oriented culture
  • Assisting in reviews and approvals
  • Carrying out day-to-day tasks such as data collection, analysis and reporting
  • Supporting new procedure harmonization and implementation
  • Assisting in software support for compliance purposes
  • May serve as the first line of communication to the business for reviewing local requests and documentation
  • Assist in implementation of modifying regional global strategies into regional and local level and where needed sector level, based on appropriate local needs, goals and objectives, taking into account local external regulatory trends and environment
  • Assisting in coordinating preparations for Corporate Internal Audits
  • Assist in the implementing and following up on the Management Action Plan
  • Report unplanned deviations and supporting in Managing day-to-day inquiries, allegations and investigations
  • Implement the escalation process for serious allegations, as appropriate;
  • Collect and Provide compliance metrics
  • Ensure external reporting requirements are met per local regulations;
  • Ensure internal reporting requirements are met per enterprise requirements and schedule

 

Successful profile:

  • University degree (Legal degree preferable)
  • Background may include Compliance, Legal or Auditing
  • Requires strong communication, organisational and analytical skills
  • Must be able to work both independently and in the team
  • Ability to work well between functions and across all levels of the business
  • Proven track record in delivering results, self starter and ability to manage complexity is a must
  • Industry related experience preferred: Pharmaceutical industries (minimum of 5 years business experience)
  • Ability to manage conflicts in an open and constructive manner
  • Effective time management skills are essential
  • Upper-intermediate level of English
