About the vacancy
In this position, you will be responsible for providing technical support to company employees, infrastructure support and participate in IT team projects.
Main tasks:

- Technical support of office and regional employees (1 and 2 lines) using ITSM-365 system
- Infrastructure support (computer equipment, network equipment, internet, telephony, office equipment, ACS, etc.)
- Support and administration of information systems and resources (MS Windows, MS Office, OS Android, 1C (DO, Accounting, UT, BitFinance, ZUP), CRM PowerBee, NextCloud, Kaspersky End Point Security, Assistant)
- Inventory, setup and replacement of equipment (laptops, tablets, office equipment)
Successful candidate profile:
- Higher technical education
- Experience of 2 years in IT support (preferably in an international company)
- In-depth knowledge of hardware and software used in the company
- Knowledge and understanding of the latest trends in IT
- Strong communication skills, stress tolerance and responsibility
- Ability to work in a team; orientation to professional development, initiative
