National Key Account Manager (pharmacy chains)

About the vacancy
In this position, you will provide effective management and development of the company's key partners to meet objectives and increase awareness of the company's products among consumers.
Main tasks:

- Maintaining current contracts with pharmacy chains
- Establish and maintain business partnerships with key customers at the level of purchasing and sales decision makers
- Negotiations with key persons of pharmacy chains, conclusion of contracts, control over fulfillment of contractual obligations
- Annual forecasting and sales planning for key customers
- Participation in the preparation of annual, quarterly, monthly budget of marketing activities, coordination of marketing activities at key clients, performance evaluation
- Achievement of key performance indicators (sales volume, distribution, representation)
- Building distribution and merchandising at entrusted customers
- Maintaining and controlling document flow for clients
- Active interaction with the Sales Force team
Successful candidate profile:
- Higher education
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or FMCG in pharma channel sales for 3 years or more
- Excellent knowledge of pharmaceutical retail players and key market trends
- Successful experience in commercial sales, planning and budgeting
- Excellent communication and interaction skills: ability to negotiate at all levels, build long-term mutually beneficial relationships with partners, effective interaction with internal stakeholders
- Knowledge of key metrics and key indicators of commercial activity, ability to analyze them
- Ability to offer out-of-the-box solutions and find opportunities to develop growth and development
- Willingness to travel on business as required
